Seagull SM 12+S acoustic/ electric 12 string acoustic guitar. In new condition. Hand built in Canada in 1995. Never left my house since new. Rarely played. New Fishman single coil pickup just installed. Hummingbird Tree of Life fretboard. Solid spruce top with cherrywood back and sides. Beautiful guitar no scratches, dents, perfect!
